100W EFHW Antenna
This is the perfect “Field Day” antenna especially when purchased with the full length 80m extension. The standard antenna is resonant in these bands - 40m, 20m, 15m, and 10m. Use on 30m, 17m or both is possible adding optional additional link(s) which makes it a half wave on those bands. The standard antenna is about 66 feet long and the fundamental frequency is a half wave on 40m. The higher bands are harmonic multiples of the fundamental frequency. The 80m extension would add another 66 feet to the length of the antenna and would be suitable if the center center support is at least 12m (40 feet) high. Power rating is 120W SSB and 100W CW.
The antenna can also be purchased as half wave antennas for a specific band (for example 20m or 30m) by special order only . For special orders - please email me and I can invoice you for that order.
